// FAQs

CNC machining, answered.

What is your typical lead time for CNC machining?

Our standard CNC lead time is 3 days. More complex parts or certain materials and finishes may take a little longer — and we offer expedited options when you need parts even faster. Everything is machined in the USA.

What tolerances can your CNC machines achieve?

Our machines are capable of tolerances as tight as ±0.0001 inch. Achievable tolerances depend on process, material choice, and part geometry.

What materials can you machine?

45+ metals and plastics — from aluminum, steel, stainless, and titanium to PEEK, Delrin, and polycarbonate. Not seeing what you need? Request a custom material and we'll take a look.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. Order a single prototype or a full production run — there's no MOQ.

Can you accommodate rush orders or expedited delivery?

Yes. Speed is the standard here, but never at the expense of quality. Reach out with your timeline and we'll do everything we can to hit it.

Can you work with complex geometries or 2D drawings?

Absolutely. We produce complex parts every day, and our platform accepts 2D drawing uploads. Our quoting engine analyzes drawings for configuration details and special callouts.

Do you provide DFM feedback before I order?

Yes — and it's free. You'll get pre-order design-for-manufacturability feedback, with a team of engineers available to help via email or phone.

What is the largest part you can machine?

Up to 48″ on our standard platform (process dependent). Have something bigger? Get in touch and we'll find a way.

What certifications do you adhere to?

Our quality management system is built to ISO 9001:2015 standards, with laser and CMM inspection backing every production program.

How do you protect my intellectual property?

Security and confidentiality are top priority from upload to fulfillment. And because we machine entirely in the USA, your IP and your parts never leave the country. We're happy to sign an NDA.
